If you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation email to the confirmation email you provided. This includes the order number-if you have any questions about the order, this is your reference number. Please review the order summary to confirm that your order information is correct and save the email as a purchase receipt. In addition, if you have an account, you can check the status of your order under the “My Orders” section of your account profile. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your email address is correct before checking spam or contacting our customer service.
If you need another copy of the receipt, you can always go to “Account-My Order” and click the “View Order” link to the right of the order number. In the upper right corner of the order details page, you will see a print order icon, which you can click to print the order receipt.
