Most orders are received in 4-8 weeks from order to delivery.

PACKAGE PREPARATION TIME?
After receiving your order request, we usually need 3-4 working days to prepare the package, but some larger items need 7-12 working days to prepare.

I NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE!
Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as the parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion with the courier company to deliver your order timely. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.

We can offer to expedite the shipment with UPS or Fedex. Please obtain a quote from us before you order. Many times,if an order is expedited, it can be received in as little as 1-3 weeks.

If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES
In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier on resolving shipment issues. This may also involve the recipient picking up the parcel at the courier’s office. We do our best to Liaise with the courier, but due to varying timezones and different languages, the problem is resolved much more quickly with the recipient’s involvement.

NON DELIVERIES / RETURNED DELIVERY
If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel – this will be calculated and communicated before resending. 

If the customer decides that they would like a full refund instead, a refund can be issued only when the returned parcel is received and the original postage costs to send the parcel will be deducted from the purchase price.

TAX EXEMPTION AMOUNT
Currently we only provide limited tax exemption in Australia and the United States.
Australian customers have a tax exemption of AUD 1,000. If the value of your goods is less than AUD 1,000, you do not need to pay customs duties. If the value of your goods exceeds AUD 1,000, you may need to pay customs duties. Specific customs fees are determined by customs, payment of duties and customs fees is your responsibility, we are not responsible for these fees.

US customers have a tax exemption of US$800. If the value of your goods is less than US$800, you do not need to pay customs duties. If the value of your goods exceeds US$800, you may need to pay customs duties. WHO PAYS THE IMPORT TAX AND VAT?
All prices shown on our website are tax-exclusive, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and we are not responsible for these fees and taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs authorities. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

CANCEL ORDER
If you regret your purchase and want to cancel your order, please make a request within 48 hours. If it exceeds 48 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you do not receive an email/notification of shipment, please contact us as we do not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
